Secure Banking on the Horizon

Secure and Fair Enforcement Banking Act of 2021 or the SAFE Banking Act of 2021 has officially passed in the U.S. House of Representatives on September 23rd, now making its way to the Senate. 

This act will help in the fight to provide legitimate financial banking services for all cannabis-related businesses.
